Successfully handling and resolving complex, high-profile cases to include acting alongside her colleagues on behalf of the Senate in the Petition for the Finance Bill, 2023 where the Court of Appeal stayed the conservatory orders issued by the High Court.

Successfully represented County Governments in various suits to include the County Government of Nairobi in a Petition in the Employment Court and an Appeal in the Environment and Land Court which matters were dismissed in its favour and the County Government of Murang’a in a suit seeking adverse possession of public land belonging to the County which suit was dismissed in its favour.

Acted for various banks in security documentation, perfection and registration thereof at the Lands, Companies and Collaterals Registries amounting in excess of Kshs. 100,000,000.00.

Successfully handled matters for leading commercial banks in various cases filed against the banks seeking to stop them from exercising their statutory powers of sale in recovery of debts and debt collection thereof.

Advised various clients on emerging trends in law including privacy law, data protection laws, cyber usage and presence amongst others.

Advising clients in connection with the tax considerations especially in terms of acquiring property and implications of setting up various types of investment vehicles and/or business entities in Kenya such as private companies and limited liability partnerships, including assisting in the incorporation/registration process of the entities and drafting documentation relating to the same.

Successfully negotiating and promoting alternative dispute resolution methods and fostering out of court settlements in various clients’ matters.

Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, Kenya.
