Her legal acumen led to a court order for the restoration of the speaker to office, showcasing her exceptional litigation skills.

Intellectual Property Expertise: As a registered patent and trademark agent, Ms. Omboto is well-versed in the intricacies of Intellectual Property, including the requirements and regulations of organizations like the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), the African Regional Intellectual Property Organization (ARIPO), and the Kenya Industrial Property Institute (KIPI). Her qualifications and knowledge in Intellectual Property enable her to provide expert guidance to both local and international clients on procedures, registration, consultations, drafting, and objections.
