Mrs. Odondi has over Nine years’ invaluable experience in private practice especially in Corporate and Commercial law, Litigation, Conveyancing, Banking Law, Insurance Law, Employment and Labour, Family law and other practices in Law including negotiations, arbitration management and leadership.

Mrs. Odondi has previously headed the Legal Department of one of the leading logistics company listed in the Nairobi Securities Exchange (NSE) in Kenya, Express Kenya Limited and has been the managing partner of Odondi & Odondi Co. Advocates whereby aside from practice of the various aspects of the law which she has gained experience over the years as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, she was the head of strategy, head of litigation and managed the firm.

She comes on board as a Senior Associate with wide array, vast experience and full potential in various aspects of the law towards the realization of the firm’s goals.

She successfully negotiated and renewed service contracts between the Central Bank of Kenya and Express Kenya Limited over transport of Sensitive Cargo for the period (2012-2014).

Successfully negotiated and renewed the service contract for clearing, transportation and warehouse storage of Toyota Kenya Limited import vehicles.

Successfully negotiated, supervised and effected the contract for the sub lease of the Express Kenya Limited one hundred trucks and trailers and warehouse units to Bollore Africa Logistic (Kenya) for the period of 2012 to 2014.

Successfully prevented an industrial action, after negotiations with union leaders and Human Resource Management over the layoff and redundancy of over a hundred employees in Express Kenya in the year 2013.

Headed and oversaw the negotiations and renewal of various insurance policies and settlement of insurance claims with respect to the company assets worth billions of shillings.

Handled and perfected banking securities with respect to facilities afforded to Express Kenya Limited by NIC Bank and Commercial Bank of Africa.

She has also excelled in her various areas of practice by timely handling and delivering her assignments to the clients’ satisfaction.

Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.
